"They have been very helpful in assisting me with my U visa application process with USCIS. They have helped me resolve every question I've had. The staff is very friendly, and Marina has been an excellent paralegal who has taken the time to discuss our case every time we've met. She has even taken extra time to review and ensure everything is correct in the applications and the process.

Most recently, we worked with them on the work permit application for my wife and daughters, and we are now just waiting to receive it from USCIS. Overall, I can say that I highly recommend this law firm!"

Reuben Fuentes

"I am very grateful, first to God, then to this group of lawyers who have been so kind as to help me in my case, because few lawyers can achieve what they have. I was wearing an ankle monitor, and they helped me get it removed. They also helped me with my work permits and have represented me very well before immigration. I am very grateful to them because we know the situation in this country, but they are very good. I thank them."

Your Most Pressing Questions, Answered

Immigration decisions shape your future. We answer the questions to empower you and seek the first step towards a safer and a better future.

How long does it take to get a green card through marriage?

For spouses of U.S. citizens, adjustment of status takes approximately 12-24 months currently. Consular processing can be faster (6-12 months) but requires leaving the U.S. Spouses of green card holders face longer waits due to visa quotas.

Can I stay in the U.S. while my case is pending?

It depends on your current status and case type. Adjustment of status applicants can usually remain in the U.S. during processing. Consular processing requires leaving the country. We advise on the best approach for your situation.

How much does a immigration attorney cost?

Fees vary by case complexity. We provide flexible payment plans and transparent estimates upfront to help make legal services for immigration a possibility for all.

What happens if my case is denied?

Denials aren't always final. We can file appeals to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) or motions to reopen/reconsider with USCIS. Some cases allow reapplication. We fight for every option.

Do you handle deportation defense?

Yes. We represent clients in removal proceedings before immigration judges, fight for cancellation of removal, seek asylum or withholding of removal, and explore all defenses against deportation.
